Highly Advanced, Post-Certification Training on QuickBooks Online

Description: Training led by two of your accounting professional peers who are QuickBooks Online Advanced Certified. They will weave their real-life experiences and help you expand your proficiency with QuickBooks Online to include:

  • Innovative use of integrated third-party utilities.
  • Managing and safeguarding the QuickBooks Online database.

Note: As the content for Day 1 is highly advanced and specific to QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Online Certification or QuickBooks Online Advanced Certification is required to participate in Day 1. Day 2 is available to all accountants, bookkeepers or other small business advisors.

QuickBooks Online Troubleshooting
In this session, attendees will gain insight into the design and configuration of QuickBooks Online at the database level. The safeguards of the QBO Database will be emphasized. It will examine the basic categories of the more frequent errors associated with QuickBooks Online and their causes, and recommended steps to resolve such errors.  Various tools and utilities which can be used with QuickBooks Online in manipulating your data will also be discussed.

Using QuickBooks Online Data Utilities: A ProAdvisor Perspective
This course is aimed at familiarizing ProAdvisors with various Data Utilities that can be used with QuickBooks Online, based around practical uses of 3rd-party products for manipulating QBO data. Following an overview of QBO data access, safeguards, limitations and restrictions, multiple data utilities will be demonstrated to import, extract, remove and safeguard QuickBooks Online data. The 3rd party utilities demonstrated in this session may include, but not be limited to, Axis by ZedSystems, Transaction Pro Importer for Intuit App Center by Baystate Consulting, PDF2QBO by MoneyThumb, QODBC for QBO by FlexQuarters, Transaction Pro Deleter for Intuit App Center by Baystate Consulting.
