Yes. If you are local to the area, you can park at America’s Center for $16 per day.
Overnight parking is available at each of the hotels in our hotel block for guests of the hotel. Click here to learn more about the hotels in our block and the associated parking rates and options.
Note: There are numerous parking garages in the vicinity of the hotels and America’s Center that may offer more competitive rates.
The conference begins on Sunday, June 21st. We will have a first time attendees session at approximately 10AM followed by a kickoff brunch at 11AM, sessions will begin at noon and there will be a main stage welcome keynote. There will be a welcome social that evening.
We request you register for specific training sessions through the attendee portal, for planning and logistical purposes. The attendee portal is for registered attendees only and is currently not available.

We are working in cooperation with Intuit to offer certification preparation training to ProAdvisors. This year’s conference will offer QuickBooks Online Advanced and QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions certification preparation courses. If you want to prepare for other QuickBooks certification exams like the basic QuickBooks Online certification exam or the basic QuickBooks Desktop certification exam, we encourage you to do so through the on-demand courses in the certification center within QuickBooks Online Accountant. Or, you can explore a wide range of virtual training options at www.accountant.intuit.com.
Note: Since most attendees of Scaling New Heights are certified QuickBooks ProAdvisors, we offer a wide range of highly advanced, post-certification courses on QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop.
Your registration covers an afternoon snack and Pizza party (in the Exhibit Hall) on Sunday. Your registration also includes two meals per day Monday through Wednesday (breakfast and lunch). Light afternoon snacks are provided Sunday through Wednesday afternoons.
If you need a scooter car or wheel chair, you can rent one of these devices through State Medical Supply Company. For more information, contact State Medical Supply Company at (314) 426-5903. We strongly recommend reserving a scooter in advance of your arrival as supplies are limited.
- The hotel block is for registrants of Scaling New Heights 2020 only. If you make a guest room reservation without a conference registration, we reserve the right to cancel your guest room reservation.
- Our room rate with each hotel extends 3 days before and 3 days after the conference. If you wish to extend your reservation we will temporarily place you on a “waiting list” (i.e. pending reservation). Almost all pending reservations are converted to confirmed reservations within 3-4 business days. However, the earlier you reserve your room the better your housing options.
- No deposit is required to reserve a room and you can cancel your hotel reservation without penalty through February 28, 2020. If you cancel your guest room reservation after February 28, 2020 you will be charged a fee equal to one night’s room reservation. If applicable, we will charge the card you used to secure your reservation.
Scaling New Heights registration is refundable through 02/28/2020 with a $50 administrative fee. That registration can be transferred to another public accountant or bookkeeper through 05/31/2020 with a $50 fee or from 6/1/2020 – 6/8/2020 subject to a $100 fee. Registration may not be transferred after 6/8/2020.
