How do I reserve my guest room at the hotel?

Once registered for Scaling New Heights®, and your order is processed, you will receive a hotel link to reserve your room. This link will provide you with the special conference rates available and secure your room under our conference room block. We recommend securing your room as soon as possible after registration. You will receive the hotel link within 1 business day.

What is the hotel address?

What are the special conference room rates?

We have secured some of the best room rates available, $169/night, at the Hyatt Regency Downtown Atlanta.

Are there any additional charges for fees?

After the second person in the room, there is a $35.00 charge for the third person. Four guests occupying the same room, guests 3 and 4 will be charge $30.00 per person per night.

What is the Hyatt Regency’s deposit/cancellation policies?

No deposit is required during the initial reservation. Reservations must be cancelled by 3PM ET 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid penalties. The policies regarding your specific reservation are provided at the time the reservation is made.

Which airport do I fly into?

Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.

How do I get to the Hyatt Regency from the airport?

Option 1: Taxi or Uber/Lyft – It is a little over 11 miles; however, the travel time can vary in the city, but on average it would be a 20-25-minute commute. Also, a taxi fare is approximately $36.00

Option 2: There is a MARTA station located in the airport between the North and South luggage claim areas. MARTA fare is $2.50 for a one-way trip.

The Hyatt Regency is located near the Peachtree Center MARTA station on the red and gold rail lines at 265 Peachtree Street NE. You can exit the train at Peachtree Center and follow the signs pointing to the Harris Street exit. After exiting the fare gate, follow the signs to Peachtree Street East. At street level, turn right to walk along Peachtree Street for about one block.

You can also, reach the hotel through the Peachtree Center Mall without having to walk outdoors. Follow the same directions as above, but enter the Mall after going up the tall escalator to the food court. Walk through the Food Court and on the left, will be a skybridge with signs pointing to the Hyatt Regency.

Is there parking at the hotel?

The hotel parking is valet and is secured vehicle parking in an underground garage. Overnight hotel guests (12 to 24 hours) = $40 with in and out privileges. There is no self-service parking available on property.

Do I have to commit to attending one track or can I choose what I want to attend session by session?

We request you register for specific training sessions through the attendee portal on this website, for planning and logistical purposes. The attendee portal is for registered attendees only and can be accessed here.

We strongly suggest you attend the session you pre-selected prior to the conference. Movement between sessions is permitted provided there is an available seat in the session.

Do the QuickBooks sessions at this conference prepare ProAdvisors for Intuit certification exams?

We are working in cooperation with Intuit to offer certification preparation training to all ProAdvisors. This will include Advanced ProAdvisor certification, QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions certification, QuickBooks Online certification, QuickBooks Online Advanced certification and Intuit continuing education courses for Advanced certified ProAdvisors.

What is the Scaling New Heights Conference cancellation policy?

Conference attendee registration cancellations received prior to the deadline of February 28, 2018 may be eligible to receive a refund less a $50 service fee. Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.

Does my Scaling New Heights registration cover meals?

Your registration covers an afternoon snack on Sunday. Monday through Wednesday, breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snacks are provided. We do not provide dinner during the conference but there will be multiple locations for food.
