Why We Based Our Conference Theme Around the Yeti

Over the past 8 years, Woodard™ has challenged thousands of small business advisors to “scale new heights.” At Scaling New Heights® 2016 we launched a long term effort called “The Epic Climb” in which we will empower accountants to reach new heights in their practices.

Every advisor who calls themselves a “climber” shares certain qualities like intention, determination, passion, and the highest levels of professional expertise. But, there is another key trait common to all climbers and to everyone who wants to accept Woodard’s challenge to climb….Courage.

As small business advisors we must be brave. We must bravely accept the challenges our small business clients present to us, we must bravely explore (and adopt) new technologies, and we must bravely face the long days and strenuous workloads required by our rewarding, but sometimes exhausting, profession.

This brave response…this brave, courageous climb…is what we call “Facing the Yeti.”

While Facing Our Yetis, We Made Some Memories:

About the Location for Scaling New Heights 2017

We will host Scaling New Heights 2017 in Orlando Florida, at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort.

Nestled around a lake and secluded from the bustle of theme parks and shopping, Disney designed the Coronado Springs Resort to be a world class convention center and hotel offering a wide range of outdoor and indoor networking locations, an array of dining options, and Spanish-style guest room villas.

If you love Disney and want to bring the family, your family members will enjoy free shuttles to the parks and to other Disney World attractions while you experience your own form of “magic” at our conference. If you want to share the parks with your family, our deeply discounted guest room rates extend 3 days before and 3 days after the conference. Note: These “shoulder” nights have limited availability and are first come, first serve.

Not up for the Disney experience? No worries. Unlike Scaling New Heights 2013 we won’t be inside a Disney Theme Park this year. If you prefer, you can ignore the Disney parks a couple of miles away and enjoy a world-class convention center, with the level of service, food, and design that only a company with Disney’s focus on customer experience can offer!

Conference Price: $675 (Early Reg Pricing Ends November 28)
Room Rate: $149/night
Airport Transportation: Free
Parking: Free
Resort Fee: None
Guest Room Wi-Fi: Free

We will provide a link to reserve your guest room after you register for the conference.
